Just A Small-Town Texas Girl...
Music has always been everything to Becky. Growing up, literally, in the heart of Texas, Becky has had many musical inspirations from Southern Gospel, Big Band and Bob Wills Texas Swing, to Classical Music, Classic Rock and Classic Country. Playing Piano by ear, at the age of 3 years old, (as in the picture to the left), and armed with Perfect Pitch, Becky would go on to take formal piano lessons for 12 years where at the age of 17, she would win a Van Cliburn Musical Scholarship to Baylor University.
Life Is A Song...
Royal Albert Hall is a long way from Texas. Becky's talents have taken her Internationally to over 26 Countries, performing at venues such as Royal Albert Hall in London, (pictured to the right), as well as The Grand Old Opry, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Garden & The Hollywood Bowl. She has also performed with many orchestras, including The London Philharmonic. Becky has appeared on countless TV shows such asThe Grand Old Opry, The CMA Awards, Good Morning America, The Today Show, Regis & Kathy Lee, Fox & Friends, The Tonight Show w/Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien and many times on Late Night with David Letterman.
Nashville to Vegas to ???
After 18 years in Nashville working alongside Top Country Legends such as TRISHA YEARWOOD, PAM TILLIS, PATTY LOVELESS, NEAL MCCOY and in Las Vegas with the infamous 'MR. LAS VEGAS' himself, WAYNE NEWTON, Becky has performed at just about every venue imaginable.
Becky Priest is a seasoned musician, vocalist and harmony vocalist that has toured around the globe, giving stellar performances everywhere. Her musicianship speaks for itself and her voice is true, sonic and emotionally raw, bringing fans to their feet over and over again. Not bad for a small-town girl from Hubbard, Texas.
